- Shipping within Australia is FREE using Australia Post Regular Parcel service with tracking.
- All orders delivered within 3-7 days of order processing [if order is placed on a regular business day].
- On dispatch, tracking number will be emailed to customer.
- The delivery times provided by Linseed Designs are estimates only, however we do everything we can to adhere to them.
- Please ensure all delivery details are correct. Additional charges will be incurred if an address is incorrect or incomplete and a redirection is required.
- If your order contains an "in stock" product and a "pre-order" product we will generally ship as one package, unless a special request has been made. We can always ship separately but an extra shipping charge may apply.
- International customers are able to order from our website for a flat rate of $25.00.
- Your order will be shipped via DHL/Fedex/TNT/UPS and flat rate shipping fees will be added to your order.
- Please allow 4-14 business days for delivery.
- International customers are responsible for all import duties and customs that may be charged by your country. Payment may be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.
- If your wish to cancel an order placed on our website please notify Linseed Designs customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org as early as possible.
Lost or Damaged Goods
- If your order has not arrived within 10 days of order placement, please contact us at email@example.com and we will track the order for you.
- Linseed Designs provides adequate packaging on all products for both transit and storage purposes. If you believe your goods have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and endeavour to provide photographic reference of the damaged packaging.
We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your Linseed Designs purchase so we have allowed returns on all full-price online orders* within 10 days from the day the merchandise is delivered subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 10 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe; Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached;
- Should you wish to exchange an item please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- Sale items cannot be returned/exchanged.
- The returned items must be accompanied by the original Tax Invoice.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the return shipping costs to return goods. Linseed Designs will also charge an additional shipping charge of $10 for the exchanged product to be redelivered.
- Linseed Designs is not responsible for loss or damage of goods through return shipping. However, if this situation arises we will do our best to work with you (the customer) to reach a positive outcome/solution.
- An exchange will not be facilitated on used or worn goods. Exchanges can be declined at Linseed Designs ’s discretion if the goods are deemed damaged, used or worn.
- No shipping costs will be refunded, including initial shipping costs relating to an exchange.
- Shipping costs for shipping of the exchanged item from Linseed Designs to the customer is payable via Paypal or Direct Bank Debit.
